Ronak Impex

Ronak Impex is situated at D. No. 30 in Lakshmi Nagar, right on the 50 Feet Road. This road is one of the main ones, so it’s always crowded with bikes and cars. Our office is easy to find because of the location. We have a front area where we handle most of the walk-in stuff and a back room for the paperwork and storage. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don’t have a fancy cleaning crew, so we usually just sweep the place out ourselves every morning. It feels like a real local business. We handle a variety of items for import and export. The 50 Feet Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to come early. We spend most of our time looking at invoices and talking to the customs agents. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't really see. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with the shipping dates circled in red. The staff is like family; we’ve worked together for a long time. We just try to keep everything moving smoothly and handle the problems as they come up. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due.
