Our business is Chilli Flakes Private Limited. We are located in Tirupur, on Boyampalayam Road. The exact door number is 1/409/9A in Ganapathi Nagar. If you take P.N. Road, you’re pretty close. Tirupur is known for clothes, but we focus on food. Specifically, we do a lot with chillies. It is a spicy place to work. We have big bags of dried red chillies sitting around. We process them into flakes and powder. Everyone who walks in starts coughing if the grinders are on. It’s a small price to pay for the work. Ganapathi Nagar is a good spot, plenty of space for the trucks to load up. We aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a medium-sized unit. We have a few machines that do the crushing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, that's just how it is here. The staff is all from the local area. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do the work and send it out to the shops. It’s a simple life. The building is painted a dull yellow and has a tin roof. It gets loud when it rains, but we keep working. Tirupur people are hard workers, and we try to keep up with that spirit. We’ve been at this address 641603 for a few years now and it feels like home. There is always something to grind or pack.
