Shancho Impex

Shancho Impex is located at 8/33/13a Patel Street in Ammapalayam. It’s right in the Anuparpalayam area. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Patel Street is usually busy with people moving back and forth, and we’re just one of the many small businesses along the road. Our office is simple. We have a few computers, a lot of files, and a space in the back for packing smaller items. Most of what we do involves coordinating between the local workshops and the people who want to buy our goods from elsewhere. We aren't a huge corporation with different departments. We all do a bit of everything, whether it's answering emails or lugging a heavy box to the gate. The weather gets really hot here, so the fans are always on full blast. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just tell people what we have and when it will be ready. Sometimes there are delays with the raw materials, and we just have to deal with that as it happens. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We know most of the other shop owners on Patel Street, and we often help each other out with small things. It’s a good community to be part of, and we take things one shipment at a time.
