Shemford Futuristic School

If you head down Chinnakalupalli Road in Vaniyambadi, you’ll find us tucked away in Kurinji Nagar. Shemford Futuristic School is situated right there, away from the main hustle of the town center. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the market areas. We have a good amount of space for the kids to run around which is nice when the weather is decent. Most of our staff lives nearby so we know the families quite well. The school day usually starts with a bit of a rush at the gate. There are various classrooms set up for different ages. It’s not overly formal here. We like things to be practical. If a desk breaks, someone fixes it. If a kid forgets their lunch, we help them out. The name might sound modern, but we are just a local school trying to teach kids the basics. There’s a lot of green around this part of Vaniyambadi which makes it a pleasant place to be during the morning hours. We don’t have any big corporate offices behind us, just us and the students. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there’s a local festival or an event nearby. We just take it as it comes. You can see the hills in the distance from some of the windows. It’s a decent place for a kid to grow up and learn a few things before they move on to bigger stuff.
