S.F.C. Matriculation Hr.Sec.School

Down here in Janathapuram, Vaniyambadi, you will find our matriculation school. We have been a fixture in this neighborhood for quite some time now. It is a secondary school, so we have the older kids who are getting ready for their board exams. That makes the atmosphere a bit more serious than a primary school, but there is still plenty of energy in the hallways. The building is a solid concrete structure that has seen a lot of students pass through its doors over the years. We have labs for science and a library that gets a lot of use, even if the books are a bit worn around the edges. The teachers here are local folks who really care about how the kids do. We do not have the biggest budget in the world, so we make do with what we have and keep things running smoothly for everyone. The school gate is usually crowded in the afternoons with cycles and parents waiting for the bell. It is a busy spot. We focus on the syllabus and making sure everyone stays on track with their studies. There is no corporate talk here; we just talk to the parents like neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows wide to catch the air. It is just part of living and working in Vaniyambadi. We take pride in the fact that our students work hard. That's how it is.
