Vivakorram Seeds Private Limited

If you walk past the TNHB buildings in Mullipattu, you’ll find us at Shop No. 3. The official name is Vivakorram Seeds Private Limited, but the sign outside is a bit faded from the sun. We are tucked into that TSNO.199/8 spot, and it’s a small space, honestly. There’s barely enough room for all the seed sacks and the two chairs we keep for visitors. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it swept, but there’s always a little bit of dirt coming in from the street. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and talking to the regulars who live in the housing board area. They stop by to chat even when they don't need seeds. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we usually keep the front door wide open to let the natural light in. We don’t do anything flashy here. No big presentations or corporate meetings. It’s just a matter of keeping track of what we have and making sure the farmers get what they need for their small plots. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy on the desk, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we run things in this part of town. It might not look like much from the outside, but we’ve been here long enough that people trust us.
