T Padma Sudhakar

T Padma Sudhakar is a small business we run out of Tirupati. We are located near the H O area, which means there’s always plenty of noise and movement outside our windows. Inside, it’s a bit more peaceful, though we usually have the radio playing some local music in the background. We have a few simple desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We aren’t the type of people to use fancy software for everything; we still like writing things down in our big ledger books. It feels more real that way. The team is just a couple of us, plus some help from family when things get really busy during the festival seasons. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to get through the day’s work and make sure everything is in order before we lock up the doors. Tirupati is a hot place, so we have a small fridge for cold water, which is probably the most important thing in the office during May. We’ve been here for quite some years now and we’ve seen businesses around us come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on our own tasks. It’s a steady way to live. We don't need any fancy marketing to tell people who we are. They see us here every day and they know what to expect from our small office.
