Sn Computer Services is tucked away in the Tirupati Building on Heyshem Road, specifically in room 5E. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a squeeze finding parking sometimes. Our space is mostly filled with parts, open laptops, and cables everywhere because there is always something being fixed. It’s not the quietest office, especially when we have a few machines running at once to see what’s wrong with them. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't turning on or why they are running so slow. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of work that come in every week. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that, just a place where you can drop off your stuff and tell us what happened. Sometimes it’s a spilled drink or a cracked screen from a drop. We see all sorts of problems here. Heyshem Road is a decent spot for us because it’s easy for people to get to once they know where the Tirupati Building is. We’ve been at this for a while and we just like getting things back in working order for people in the neighborhood. It’s practical work and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just stay busy and keep the computers moving, one repair at a time.
