Our business is based in Raghavendra Nagar, over in the S.N.Puram area of Tirupati. It’s a residential part of town, so it’s a bit calmer than the market or the bus stand. We operate out of our space here and keep a few cars ready for trips. Most people in S.N.Puram know us by name. We don’t have a big corporate office or a storefront on a main road. It’s more of a local setup where neighbors come by when they need a vehicle for a trip. We spend our mornings checking the engines and making sure the interiors are swept out. The 517501 area is where we’ve lived and worked for a long time. It’s a family-oriented vibe here. We take bookings over the phone mostly. Our drivers live nearby too, so they can come over quickly when a trip is confirmed. We don’t have any brochures or fancy websites. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. Sometimes we sit on the porch and wait for the next call while the sun goes down. It’s a simple life. We focus on keeping the cars running well because that’s the most important thing. If a car breaks down, it’s a big problem for a small operation like ours. So, we stay on top of the repairs. It’s just how we do things in Raghavendra Nagar.
