Mahaboob Properties

We’re set up in the Yelamuri Complex at 5/531, right on Tuda Office Road. It’s a convenient spot because so many people pass by on their way to the different offices nearby. Mahaboob Properties is a simple operation. We don’t have any shiny brochures or a big website to show off. Most of what we do is just through word of mouth and people seeing our sign when they’re stuck in the traffic out there. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for us to sit down and go over some papers. We handle a lot of different things, from small rooms to larger plots of land. Since we’re right by Tuda Office Road, we have to keep a close eye on what’s happening with the local property rules. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to owners every day. We’ve been doing this for years, so we have a pretty good feel for the prices in this neighborhood. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a place is overpriced or has issues, we’ll just say so. Our customers are mostly locals who want someone they can actually talk to without feeling like they’re being sold something. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We have our busy days and our slow days, just like everyone else. If you need some help finding a spot, you can find us in the complex most days.
