We are located over at Hno 494 in the D Type Quarters for Cushman Wakefield India Pvt Ltd. It’s in Vinayaka Nagar, right on KT Road here in Tirupati. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in the quarters area, but it works out well for what we do. Bsanath Raju is the person you’ll usually find managing things around here. Tirupati is a busy place with all the pilgrims coming through, but Vinayaka Nagar stays relatively calm. We deal with property and real estate things, mostly helping people navigate the local market which can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. Our office is simple. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of files piled up. The 517501 area code is where we spend all our time. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what needs to be done. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds down to stay cool. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while, and people know where to find us if they have questions about land or buildings. It’s just us doing our thing every day, keeping it simple and local for anyone who stops by the office.
