Leela

Leela is over in Tirupati, specifically in the 517501 area. We have a small place here where we take care of our daily business. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us working together. Tirupati is a busy town with a lot of people coming and going, but our little corner stays pretty steady. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a big sign out front. Most of the people who come to us are locals or people who have heard about us from someone else. Our office is simple, with just the basic things we need to get the job done. There are some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't go in for all the corporate talk or polished presentations. We just sit down and talk to people like we are neighbors, because often we are. The weather here can get quite hot, so we have a couple of old fans that make a bit of noise while they spin. We spend our days answering the phone, writing things down in our ledgers, and making sure we haven't missed anything. It is a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We don't have any big secrets or complicated systems. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. It’s a good way to live and work in a place like Tirupati where everyone knows everyone else.
