Havisha Event Organization

We are Havisha Event Organization and we’re located in Dhana Lakshmi Nagar. If you know Tirupati, you’ll know Mr Palli Circle, and we are right near the police station there. It’s a good spot because everyone can give you directions to it. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a small office where we handle the bookings and a bigger space where we keep all the tents, lights, and other things we need for events. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading stuff from the trucks. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the best we can with the tools we have. We like the local feel of Mr Palli. It’s a bit away from the main temple rush, so it’s a bit easier to get around. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone sees what we did for their neighbor’s party and then they call us. We don’t go around saying we are the best; we just show up on time and do what we said we would do. The office usually has a few of us drinking tea and checking the schedule for the weekend. It gets hectic during the wedding season, but we try to stay calm and get through the lists. It’s just a normal way to run a local business and we’re happy with how it goes.
