Vetrivel Study Centre

Our study centre is sitting at No 67 on High Road, right in the Tirunelveli Junction area. We are very close to the Thiruvalluvar Bridge, so you can always hear the sound of the traffic and the trains nearby. It’s a very active part of town to be in. The building is a typical Tirunelveli structure, solid and a bit worn from the years. We’ve set up our classrooms inside with just the essentials. There are rows of desks and plenty of boards for writing. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you come in, you’ll probably just see us working at a desk or talking to a student. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People stop by to ask about timings or just to drop off their kids. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or most modern place. We just provide a space where students can come to get their work done without distractions. The walk from the junction is short, so it’s easy for people taking the bus. We’ve had many students come through these doors over the years. It feels like a second home to some of us because we spend so many hours here. Just a plain, local study spot on a busy road. We do the work, lock up, and go home to start again tomorrow.
