SGM Housing Developers is a small operation run out of Radhapuram. Our office is at 98/5B on Perumal Koil Street. It’s a very local setup, being an OPC which means it's a one-person company. Radhapuram is a quiet place in the Tirunelveli rural area, and being on Perumal Koil Street means we are right near the heart of the village life. The office is just a small room where the files are kept and the phone stays on the desk. Most of the work involves looking at small housing plots and helping people figure out how to build their homes. There are no fancy boardrooms here.
