We run Shifa Housing Pvt Ltd from the Akm Complex, which is right at the Kallasapuram Junction. It’s a handy spot because everyone passes through the junction eventually. Our office is at number 4. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well for what we do every day. We mostly deal with housing stuff around this part of town. Every day is a bit different. Some days we are out looking at sites, and other days we are stuck behind the desk at Akm Complex filing papers or answering the phone. It can get a bit noisy with all the traffic at the junction, but we’ve gotten used to it after all this time. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just talk to folks about what kind of home they are looking for or what they want to do with their land. It’s a very local operation. We know the streets around Kallasapuram pretty well because we live and work right here. We’ve seen the area grow and more people moving in over the last few years. Dealing with property can be a bit messy with all the regulations and steps involved, so we just take it one thing at a time. If someone needs a place to live, we see what we have in our records.
