Rejis Food Products

Our workplace is at Number 4/87 in the Rock Land area of Thirumoolar Nagar East. It’s a quiet part of Tirunelveli, mostly residential but with a few of us running small setups. We are near the Madan Pillai Dharmam Post. The building is just a standard one where we handle all our food production. Every morning, the smell of whatever we are making starts to fill the room. It’s a lot of mixing, cooking, and packing. We don’t have a giant automated line; it’s mostly us doing the work by hand. The kitchen area gets quite warm in the afternoon heat. We try to keep things moving so we don't get a backlog of orders. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few people from the local area coming in to help. We get our ingredients from the nearby markets. Sometimes the delivery truck has trouble finding the street because the signs aren't great. We spend a lot of time checking the batches. If something doesn't look right, we have to start over. It’s a simple life. We close up in the evening and head home to our families. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about doing the work every day. The neighborhood is mostly peaceful, which makes for a good place to focus on what we're doing. We’ve been here for a few years and the routine hasn't changed much, which is fine by us.
