Raj Real Estate

You’ll find Raj Real Estate over at number 3, Raj Kumar Mansion. We're located on Perumal West Car Street, which is a place with a lot of history and activity. The building itself has been here for a long time. Our office isn't very big, but it serves us well enough. We mostly deal with local houses and apartments. Sometimes it’s just helping a student find a room or a family looking to move into a bigger place. We don't use any fancy software to match people up; it’s mostly just knowing the neighborhood and talking to people. We spend a lot of time out on the street, walking from one building to another to check things out. Perumal West Car Street can get quite crowded, but we like the energy. Being in Raj Kumar Mansion means we are right in the middle of things. We aren't corporate types. We're just people who live and work here. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a mess and we have to stay late to get it sorted, but that’s okay. We’ve seen many families grow up in this area over the years. It’s nice to be the ones who help them find their first home or their next one. We don't make big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in needing help with a property. It’s been our way for a long time.
