You can find us in the Shanthi Complex at Tirunelveli Junction. We are on the first floor, shop number 22. It’s a very busy area on Salai Street in Sindhupoondurai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. The stairs up to our office can be a bit steep, but it’s a familiar climb for many of the locals. Our office is simple, with wooden desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk. We’ve been here for many years, handling real estate all across the Tirunelveli region. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a big website. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling us because they know Murugesan. We spend a lot of time out in the heat, visiting different lands and houses to see what the condition is. We keep all our records in large notebooks and some files. It’s a very traditional way of working, but it works for us. People stop by all the time just to ask about the market or to tell us they are thinking of selling something. We know the local area very well, from the main roads to the small back streets. We just tell people the facts about a property and let them decide. It’s a practical business, run by people who grew up right here in this town.
