Kannan Foods

We are located in Building N0-100 over in Vannarapettai, which is near Kirineli. It is a busy little neighborhood, especially since we are situated so close to the Sale and Survenna Bhawan. People sometimes get a bit lost trying to find our exact door, but once they see the sign for Kannan Foods, they usually find their way. I started this whole thing because there was not much around here for food supplies back then. I spend most of my mornings checking the inventory and talking to the delivery drivers who bring the crates. The building itself is quite old and has its quirks, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. It is mostly a family-run thing. My brother takes care of the accounts and the paperwork, while I handle the customers who walk in. We get a lot of people coming in from the Kirineli area. It is a noisy street with a lot of activity. Sometimes the traffic makes it a real struggle to unload the goods, but we manage to get it done. We are not trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure the local folks get what they need without any fuss. We keep the shelves full of the basic stuff people use every day. Sometimes we just sit out front in the afternoons when it gets a bit quieter. It is a simple life and we like it.
