Kamal Steels

Out here in Tamilnadu, you will find Kamal Steels. We are on Middle St in a place called Puthierupuvilai. It is not a very big place, just a quiet street really. The pin code is 627 651 if you are trying to find it on a map. Life moves a bit slower here compared to the big cities. We deal with steel, as the name says. It is heavy work and we spend a lot of time outside or in the open shed. The sun in this part of India can be really something else, so we try to do the hardest parts of the job before it gets too hot in the afternoon. Middle Street is where most of the daily activity happens for us. You might see some of the neighbors walking by or goats sometimes. It is just that kind of area. We have been here for a good while, and the locals know where to find us if they need something. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a desk and a few chairs and a lot of steel stacked up. We try to keep things organized, but it is a working shop, so there is always a bit of a mess. That is just how it is when you are working with metal. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that, we just make sure the steel is handled right and the day is done.
