Hardman Constructions Llp is situated at No 15 in Snv Nagar, which is part of Palayamkottai. It’s a straightforward construction business. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning in every room; it’s more of a place where we meet up in the morning to decide who is going to which site. The name Hardman kind of fits because the work we do is tough. Building houses and structures in this heat isn't for everyone. We have a small crew that has been together for a bit. We spend a lot of time dealing with sand, bricks, and the local suppliers around Palayamkottai. Snv Nagar is a nice enough place to be based, and we are pretty easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just take a plan and we build it. Sometimes there are hiccups with the permits or the weather, but we just keep at it until the job is done. There’s always a lot of dust on our clothes and our phones are always ringing with some issue from a site, but that’s just how the construction business goes. We don’t have a mission statement or anything, just a list of things to get done before the day is over. We just keep our heads down and work.
