Gemspire Real Estate Developers Privatelimited is a small operation we run right out of Thiruvali. Our office is basically set up at the Kavungal Thodika house, which belongs to Abdulla’s family. It is a quiet spot in the village, and most people around here know where to find us if they need to talk about land or building something new. We started this because we saw how much the area was changing and thought we could help manage the real estate side of things. It is mostly just us handling the paperwork, visiting sites, and talking to neighbors who are looking to sell or develop their plots. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big team of sales people in suits. Most of our day is spent driving around the local roads or sitting at the desk dealing with the various government forms required for land development. It can be a bit slow sometimes because the paperwork takes forever, but that is just how it goes here. We take things one project at a time. It is important to us that the work gets done properly so there are no issues later on with titles or boundaries. Being local means we see our clients at the market or the mosque, so we have to be honest about what is possible and what isn't. It is a simple business, really, just trying to make a living while helping Thiruvali grow a bit.
