Chendura Associates & Constructions Llp

Our place, Chendura Associates & Constructions, is right on the Main Road in South Vijayanarayanam. We are directly across from the government primary health center. It’s easy to find because of that. The office is small, just 1/68 2, and it’s usually quite dusty because of the tractors passing by on the road. We don’t have a lot of furniture, just the basics for when we need to sit down and do the payroll or look at a site map. Most of our day is spent out in the sun at different spots around the village and nearby areas. We know most of the people who live around here, so work comes naturally through conversations at the tea shop or after temple. It’s a simple life. We don't use big words or have long meetings. If there is a problem with a foundation or a wall, we just go there and fix it. The office floor is concrete and we have a single ceiling fan that works hard all day. We keep the site ledgers in a locked cupboard, but everything else is pretty much out in the open. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the porch until it comes back. It’s a practical way of running things and we don't see a reason to change it. We just keep building what people need and hope the rain stays away.
