Our company is located in Building-1 in Velarkulam Village, which is part of the Seethaparpanallur area. It’s a rural setting, quite far from the noise of any big city. We are Bondia Food And Agro Products, and as the name says, we work with agricultural stuff. Being in a village means we are close to the source of what we handle. It’s a lot of dirt, dust, and hard work out here. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the job done. We deal with the seasons and the weather, which dictates how busy we are. When it's harvest time, everyone is working double shifts and there’s no time for anything else. When things are slow, we spend time maintaining the equipment and cleaning the warehouse. We are just a group of people who know about farming and food products. We don’t have a corporate office with carpets and glass walls. Most of the time, we’re wearing work clothes and boots. It’s a tough business sometimes, and prices change, or the rain doesn't come when it should. We just manage as best as we can. We don't talk much about "visions" or "missions." We just want to produce good agro products and keep the business running so everyone here has a job. It’s simple, honest work in a quiet corner of the country where we feel at home.
