We're down at the Sidco Industrial Estate in Vallioor. It's been a while since we set up shop here at Plot 15. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Tirunelveli, but we stay busy with the work. Belpatram Infratech is mostly just a group of us trying to get things done right the first time. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, we're right by Sy 1662. People usually just find us by asking around the industrial area. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We spend most of our time dealing with the equipment and making sure the projects don't stall. A lot of our guys have been living in the area for years, so we know the roads and the local setup well. It’s hard work, and the days are long. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us are in boots and work clothes from the morning till we head home. It gets dusty, and the noise from the other units in the estate is always there in the background. But that’s just how it is here. We focus on what's in front of us and try to keep our heads down. That’s pretty much the story of how we run things in Vallioor.
