Success Man Power Services. We’re over here on 3rd Street in Srinivasa Nagar. It’s right by Thiruvanaikoil. Mostly we just deal with getting people to the right jobs. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, but usually, someone is walking in asking about work. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going all day. People find us because we’re tucked away in the residential part of the neighborhood. It’s a good spot because it’s not too loud. My cousin helped me set things up when we first moved in. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different companies and seeing who they need. It's a lot of matching names to spots. Sometimes people come in with their papers and we sit down to go over everything. It takes time. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough so you know it’s us. The neighbors are nice, they’ve seen us here every morning for years. Usually, we start early and stay until the sun goes down. If you walk past the temple, you’re basically there. It’s just how we do things here, nothing complicated. Just Success Man Power Services doing the daily rounds in Srinivasa Nagar. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
