Block Placement Training At Ibm

Our group is doing the Block Placement Training At Ibm and we are based in Q.No.344/A Type III inside the OFT Estate in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. Since we are located within the estate quarters, it feels a lot more like a living area than a strict business office. The area is full of trees and it is quite far from the main buzz of the Trichy city center, which is good for studying and training. We spend our hours here working through the different modules and learning the IBM systems that we need to master. The house itself is a standard government-style quarter with simple rooms where we set up our laptops and training materials. It gets really hot in the afternoons here in Tiruchirapalli so we mostly stay indoors and keep the fans on high. Most of us living here are students or trainees, so there is always someone around to talk to about the lessons or to share a meal with in the common area. We don't have a big corporate setup with receptionists or fancy lounges, just our desks and the study materials. It is a practical way to learn and we are right in the middle of the residential colony where everything is very quiet at night. We just follow the training schedule and try to get through all the technical work before the weekend comes.
