Sri Dhivya Stock Point

Being right on the NH Service Road in Padalur means we see a lot of trucks passing by. Sri Dhivya Stock Point is situated at number 49. It's a dusty spot because of all the traffic zooming by on the highway all day and night. We spend our time counting crates and making sure the inventory matches the sheets on the clipboard. It’s a lot of physical work, moving things around and making space for new arrivals. The sun hits the metal roof of the warehouse pretty hard in the middle of the day. You get used to the constant sound of engines and horns after a while. We don't have a big fancy lobby for guests. It’s just a desk, some old chairs, and stacks of goods. We deal with drivers and shop owners mostly. They are usually in a hurry to get back on the road, so we try to be quick with the paperwork. Padalur isn't a huge city, but since we are on the service road, we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. Sometimes the rain floods the front a bit, and we have to put out planks to walk on. It’s just part of the routine. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just make sure the stock is where it needs to be when the customer shows up. It’s basic work, but it keeps us going.
