You can find us at No. 3 in Ramalinga Nagar, specifically down the 9th Cross in the South Extension area. It’s a decent neighborhood. We’ve been fixing computers and selling parts here for quite a while now. The shop is usually full of half-opened laptops and keyboards waiting for parts. It might look a bit cluttered to someone walking in, but we know where everything is. We handle desktops that won't turn on and laptops with cracked screens. It’s mostly technical work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We aren't really the type to wear uniforms or have a fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a soldering iron at that moment. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to talk to people directly. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, which can be annoying for customers, but we tell them how it is. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s just about getting the machine running again so people can get back to their own work. The 9th Cross is easy to find once you’re in the South Extension. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do. Stop by if your screen goes dark or the fan starts making that weird clicking noise.
