Sra Exim is located at No. 25/9 on Irudayapuram 1st Street in Palakarai. We have been at this address for a long time, and we know the area very well. Our business involves both importing and exporting, which means there is never a dull moment. We have to keep track of a lot of different things, from customs forms to shipping schedules. The office is a simple place where we do our daily work. We don't have any big, shiny signs or a fancy lobby. It’s just us and our desks, working through the tasks of the day. Palakarai is a busy neighborhood, and we like the energy of it. We know many of our neighbors and the people who work in the other shops nearby. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. It is just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don't use any marketing language or try to sound like a bigger company than we are. If something goes wrong with a shipment, we just deal with it and try to find a solution. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists to make sure nothing was missed. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the people we deal with.
