If you’re looking for Eco Lighting Solution, you’ll find us on the first floor of a building in Maruthi Nagar. We are at No. 2/8 A on II Street in Karumandapam. It’s not a very big shop, but we’ve managed to cram a lot of different lights and fixtures into the space. Sometimes you have to watch your head because we have things hanging from the ceiling everywhere. We started this place because we saw how much people were paying for basic lighting and thought we could offer something different. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others here. We spend our mornings unpacking boxes and testing bulbs to make sure they actually turn on. Karumandapam is a nice enough area, though parking near our street can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We don’t do a lot of advertising. Most of our customers come from the neighborhood or found out about us from their electrician. We aren't experts in everything, but we know enough about LEDs and wiring to help someone pick the right light for their kitchen or porch. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We listen to the radio while we work and drink way too much tea. If a light doesn't work, we just swap it out for a new one without making a big fuss. We’re just a local lighting shop trying to keep the lights on for ourselves and everyone else.
