Our shop is over in New Colony Parvatia. If you are heading towards Tinsukia College, you will see the girls' hostel nearby, and we are right around there. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main market, which is nice when you need to think. We focus on security stuff, mostly because that is what people around here are asking for these days. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a huge staff or a big shiny showroom. It is mostly just shelves with equipment and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. We started out here because the location felt right for reaching people in the neighborhood. Usually, we are out on jobs during the day, so the shop might feel a bit empty, but there is always someone around to take a message. We don't spend much money on fancy signs or anything. We’d rather just make sure the locks and systems we put in actually work. People find us mostly by word of mouth or by seeing the shop when they walk past the college area. It is a straightforward business. We show up, look at what needs fixing or installing, and then we do it. Nothing complicated about it. It’s just how we have always done things in Tinsukia. We hope people keep coming by when they need help with their alarms.
