Eastern Refractories Ltd.

We are set up in Village Harshmau, right near where the old bus stand used to be in Tikamgarh. Eastern Refractories Ltd. has been around for a bit. It’s a dusty place, honestly. We deal with heat and materials all day. The trucks come and go, especially near the bus stand area. It gets loud. Some days the heat is too much, but we keep the gates open. We aren't some big city corporation. We’re just here in the village. Most of us live nearby. We walk to work or take a cycle. The office is small and usually has tea cups sitting around. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Just us doing the work. Sometimes people get lost looking for the old bus stand and end up at our gate. We point them the right way. The building is a bit older now. It has some cracks in the paint but it stays standing. We don't change much. We just do what we do every day. Tikamgarh is home for us. We know the neighbors. We know the weather. It’s just a regular workplace. Nothing special to look at from the outside. But we’ve been here a long time. It’s just how things are at Eastern Refractories Ltd. in Harshmau. The gate squeaks when you open it. We should probably oil it but we never get around to it because there is always something else to fix. We just keep working.
