Zi Mart

Zi Mart is located at 745L on Kundukadavu Road. We are right near Jishy Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us. It is a small mart, not one of those huge ones you see in the city. We try to keep the basics in stock so neighbors don't have to go far. I opened this place because there wasn't much on this stretch of road. It is a lot of work keeping track of what is on the shelves. Sometimes things run out before the new stock arrives. We have snacks, drinks, and some household items. It is just a small space, but we make it work. The hospital nearby means we get people coming in at all hours. We stay open pretty late. It is a one-man show most days, though my brother stops by to help in the evenings. The floor needs sweeping all the time because of the foot traffic. We don't have a fancy checkout system, just a basic one. Kundukadavu Road is getting busier every year. We are glad to be here at 745L. It is not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and we get to talk to everyone in the area. We just want to keep the shop running and help the locals with their daily needs. It's a living, anyway.
