Our office is located inside Narangalil House in the Kunduvara area of Chembukkavu. This is a residential part of Thrissur, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes and records everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the city in the distance. We handle different types of pharmaceutical tasks here, mostly administrative work and managing local distributions. The people who work here are just local folks from around Thrissur who have a background in the medicine trade. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask for directions or just to chat for a minute. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have a big polished website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or through word of mouth. It is a very hands-on job. We spend a lot of time double-checking orders and making sure the inventory is correct. It’s not always exciting, but it is important work that needs to be done right every single day without fail. We usually wrap things up by six and head home to our families.
