You can find us at No.9/68 on Trichur Road in Irinjalakuda. It is a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We focus on eyes here, so you see a lot of people walking around with bandages or new glasses. The building is right there on Trichur Road, so it is easy for people from around Thrissur to get to us. Inside, it is usually a bit quieter than the street, though the waiting room fills up fast in the mornings. We have these machines for checking vision that look a bit like something out of a science movie. People sit there and stare at the lights while we work. It is a steady flow of patients from the local area. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us and the equipment. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. That is just how things go here. We have a small staff and we have been together for quite a while. Most people come in because they can't see the signs on the buses anymore or their eyes just hurt from the dust. We sit them down and get to work. It is simple, honest work.
