Madambi Printers

Madambi Printers is at 57, Kuruppam, right by the Thekkinkadu Maidan. It is a pretty central location, and we have been here for many years. The building is old and has a lot of character, mostly in the form of worn-down steps and stained walls from years of ink and paper. We do not have a fancy reception area. When you come to see us, you are basically walking right into the middle of the printing floor. It is noisy and there is usually a lot of paper stacked up on every available surface. We do all types of printing work for the local community. It is manual work, and we often go home with ink on our hands. We do not have a big corporate structure or a vision for the future. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving. The area around Thekkinkadu Maidan is always lively, so there is plenty to see out the window when we take a break for tea. We do not use any promotional language or try to act like we are something we are not. We are just a traditional print shop. Sometimes a machine breaks down or we run out of a specific color, and we just deal with it and move on. It is an honest way to spend the day. Most of our customers are people we have known for a long time. We just do the job.
