You can find us at No. 9/253 in Peramangalam. It’s a bit of a funny address because it’s near Peramangalam as well, which makes sense when you see how the roads are laid out around here. The building is a basic structure, nothing that would win any awards, but it keeps the rain off our heads. Inside, it’s mostly storage and a small area where we sit to do the books. It gets a bit cold in the mornings during the winter, so we usually wear an extra layer until the sun comes up properly. We don’t get many strangers wandering in, mostly just people who already know we are here. The area is fairly quiet compared to the city, which we like. There’s a bit of green around if you look out the back. We spend our days checking stock and making sure the orders are sorted out. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes our hands get dirty. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that; word of mouth is mostly how people hear about us. We take our time with things and don't like to rush if we can help it. It is a steady way to live. The phone rings every now and then, and we deal with whatever comes up. We’ve been in this spot for years and the routine hasn't changed much for any of us.
