Ajith Agencies

Ajith Agencies is based out of Anchangadi, right near the East Fort P O. The building number is Tc-Viii/178, but most people in the neighborhood just know us by the small sign hanging out front. It’s a very straightforward trading business. We handle a lot of different types of goods and spend most of our time checking long lists and making sure everything is packed correctly for the daily deliveries. The area around East Fort is usually buzzing with activity and people, so there is never a dull moment during our shift. We have a small staff of local people who have been living around here for quite a while. We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing; we just do our work and talk to people face-to-face when they stop by. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with wooden boxes and plastic crates waiting to go out. We try our best to keep it organized, but when three delivery trucks show up at the same time, all that effort goes out the window. Lunch is usually a shared thing in the small back room with some home-cooked food. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the state, just a reliable one that stays open late enough for the evening crowd to get their stuff. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep the doors wide open to catch whatever breeze comes through.
