Kerala Agrofarms And Msw Management Limited operates out of Malappurath House in Kolazhy P.O. This is where we handle the two main parts of our work, which are farming activities and managing waste, or MSW as it's often called. Being in Kolazhy gives us a decent base for these operations. The house itself serves as our main point of contact. We spend a lot of time figuring out the logistics of waste collection and how it ties into our broader agricultural goals. It’s not always clean work, especially with the management side of things, but it’s what we do every day. The staff here is used to the local climate and the way things work in this part of the state. We don't spend money on big signs or shiny office furniture because that’s not what helps us manage the farms or the waste better. Instead, we just focus on the equipment and the schedules. Sometimes the rainy season slows things down a bit, especially when we are moving materials around, but we manage to keep up. It’s a small operation in terms of office staff, but we stay busy with the practicalities of the job. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and coordinating with drivers or field workers. It’s just a normal business day at Malappurath House for everyone involved.
