We are Intermass Engineering & Contracting Co. Llc, and we work out of Kalathil House in Kodungallur. Specifically, we are in the Anapuzha P.O. area. It’s a local spot, and the building is just a normal house where we’ve set up our operations. Engineering and contracting involve a lot of paperwork and planning, so that’s mostly what goes on inside these walls. We aren't located in a big industrial park or a high-rise. It’s just a quiet neighborhood in Kerala. We’ve been here for some time and the locals know us. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. If you’re coming to see us, you just look for Kalathil House. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files from various projects we’ve worked on. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is on track. It can get a bit loud when we are all on the phone at once. The weather here is usually humid, so we keep the fans going. We like being in Kodungallur because it’s home for us. We don't really use much corporate talk around here. We just say what needs to be said and get on with the business. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit the kind of contracting we do. We're just a group of people doing our jobs in a local office.
