Our office is located on Palghat Road in the Kalathode area. It is a fairly straightforward building that houses Hamton International Group. We chose this spot because it's accessible for the staff and the vehicles that need to come through. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to manage the international side of the business. Kalathode is a busy stretch, especially with the traffic on the road. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after the first week. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We don't have a gym or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just bring tiffin from home and eat together. The office has big windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice on the rainy days. We spend a lot of time dealing with logistics and paperwork. Since it’s an international group, the hours can be a bit strange sometimes when we are waiting on someone from a different time zone. The building is older, so the walls have some marks and the floor is a bit worn down in the spots where people walk the most. We keep things running as best as we can. It’s a practical workspace for a group that has a lot to do. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about looking polished.
