Fresh Max

Fresh Max is located at number 4 in Kunnamkulam. We are very close to the Badhaku Narayan Mandir, so we have a lot of people walking past our door every single day. Our work starts very early in the morning when the trucks arrive with the fresh goods. We spend those early hours dragging crates around and making sure everything is ready before the first customers show up. It is a physical job and our backs usually ache by the end of the shift. We do not have any fancy displays or expensive lighting. We just put the stuff out where people can see it and reach it. The shop is small and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We are not a big chain with a lot of rules. It is just us, the people who work here, trying to keep the shelves full. Most of the folks who come in are our neighbors who live just down the street. We know what they usually want and we try to have it ready. We do not do any big advertising. We just rely on people seeing us when they go to the mandir. It is a steady routine that has not changed much since we opened up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
