Our office for Francis Wacziarg Agencies Pvt Ltd is located in the Manalil House. We are down in South Parempadam, specifically in the P.O. Akathiyur area of Thrissur. Being in Kerala, things are a bit greener and maybe a little slower than the big metro hubs, which we actually like. It is a decent place to work from. We handle the agency side of things, which mostly means a lot of phone calls, emails, and keeping track of various suppliers. The house we work out of has a bit of history to it and it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building at all. Sometimes you can hear the birds or the rain on the roof while we are trying to sort out shipping schedules. It is a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just look at what needs to be shipped or who needs to be called and we do it. The staff is local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic when we need to get to the main town. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are correct. Mistakes happen, but we try to catch them before they become a headache for anyone else. It is just us here, doing the work that needs doing every day in this corner of Thrissur. It is quiet, but there is always something to do.
