Anna Dress

Anna Dress is a small shop located in Sevana Nagar, Chiyyaram. It is a quiet neighborhood, and we have been a part of it for a long time. Our shop is filled with rolls of cloth and sewing machines. You can usually hear the sound of the needles clicking if you walk by in the afternoon. We are not a big fashion house with a runway. We are just a local place where clothes get made and fixed. We have a few tailors who have been sitting at the same benches for years. They know their way around a piece of fabric better than anyone. The lighting inside isn't the best, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We keep a lot of thread colors on the shelves, though we always seem to be looking for the one that just ran out. People from all over Chiyyaram come to us when they need something specific. We don't have a fancy catalog. You just come in, show us what you need, and we see if we can do it. Sometimes we are behind on orders during the festival season, but we try to catch up. It is a busy little spot, and we like the people who visit. We are just glad to be working in Sevana Nagar and keeping the shop going every day.
