The shop is just a regular building where we spend our working hours. We are not some big corporate entity with a bunch of rules and polished speeches. We are just local people from Thrissur who know a thing or two about stones and jewelry. We open up in the morning, get the displays ready, and then see who walks through the door. Some days the rain is coming down hard, and we just wait it out with whoever is inside the shop. Other days are bright and the shop gets full.
