The rooms are simple, with just the essential tools we need to get things done. We do not have a big marketing department or any fancy mission statements. We are just real people who live and work in the Thrissur community. Most of our day is spent organizing our records and communicating with the folks we work with. The atmosphere is quiet, except for the sounds of the neighborhood. We know our neighbors and they know us. It is a very honest and practical way to run a company. When the monsoon comes, we just keep working while the rain falls on the roof. It is a humble setup that works perfectly for us.
