Mupliyam is a quiet place and that is where we are. Kalleli House is where you will find us, right in the KA Joy part of the neighborhood. We started Atlantis Edu Consultants because there were so many students around Thrissur who didn't know where to turn for college advice. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we have set up some desks. We spend our days looking through university catalogs and trying to help people fill out their forms correctly. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage. People walk in from the street, often with their parents, and we just sit down and talk. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just use what we know. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always running. We have been here for a while and most people in the village know us by name. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don't promise that everyone will get into the top schools, we just do the legwork for them. Most of the time, it is about making sure the papers are signed in the right places. We like the work because it keeps us busy and we get to meet many young people from around Thrissur who are excited about their future.
