Supravisor

Our place is called Ponnemparambil House, located in Chittattukara, Thrissur. It’s more of a home-based setup than a typical office building. Kerala is beautiful, and being based here in this part of Thrissur means we have a lot of greenery around us. We use a couple of rooms in the house for our work. It’s not very formal. You might hear the sounds of the neighborhood or the rain hitting the roof while we’re working. We have our computers and all the files we need tucked away in cupboards. We handle various tasks from here, mostly involving coordination and keeping track of things. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities. We don’t have a commute, which is nice. We just walk from one room to another and start the day. Sometimes we have people visit us, and we usually sit out on the porch or in the main room. It’s a relaxed environment, but the work still gets done on time. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Everyone knows the house. We don't feel the need for a big sign or a glass office. The space we have is plenty for what we do. We manage the paperwork, make our calls, and keep the business running steadily. It’s a simple, honest way to work without all the stress of a corporate environment. It works well for us and we just keep things going.
